Job Description An entertainment client based in Burbank is seeking a Sr. BI Developer to join an enabling technology team within the studios group. This role supports strategic dashboards and reporting for Studio Executives, Finance, Operations, Program/Project Managers, and Engineering leaders. The ideal candidate excels at data modeling, visualization, and pipeline development, and thrives in an agile, fastu2011paced environment, delivering executiveu2011level dashboards as well as detailed analytical reports. Key Responsibilities u2003u2022 Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models u2003u2022 Use Power Query, DAX, and MDX for complex reporting solutions u2003u2022 Design and support Databricksu2011based ETL and data pipelines u2003u2022 Author, diagnose, and optimize SQL Server & PostgreSQL objects u2003u2022 Translate business requirements into technical BI solutions u2003u2022 Build drillu2011through reports using relational data models u2003u2022 Embed Power BI analytics using Power BI Service (SaaS) or APIs u2003u2022 Perform data analysis, profiling, and quality validation u2003u2022 Deliver testing plans and test data for BI solutions u2003u2022 Support incident management related to BI platforms u2003u2022 Review BI designs from peers and vendors for standards compliance u2003u2022 Mentor junior BI analysts and conduct peer reviews u2003u2022 Partner with architects and technical leads on new standards & tools u2003u2022 Monitor BI systems lifecycle and technology obsolescence u2003u2022 Design clean, executiveu2011ready dashboards for leadership We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
