Job Summary and Qualifications Position Summary: Responsible for scheduling daily procedures for the electrophysiology and cardiac catheterization department. Entering daily charges and input on excel spreadsheet. Follow hospital policies and procedures. Essential Duties: Responsible for scheduling daily cases for the electrophysiology, cardiac catheterization lab. Maintain close communication with the different cardiologist offices. Function as a liaison between facility and physician offices to ensure optimal use of room time and physician schedule. Enter daily charges and inputs onto excel spreadsheet. Must have experience in excel. Cross trained in ordering supplies in order to relieve Logistics Coordinator when needed. The ability to retrieve, communicate or otherwise present information in a written, auditory, or visual fashion is essential. Other duties may be assigned when needed.
