Acute Care Occupational Therapist Responsibilities: + Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patientsu2019 functional abilities and limitations. + Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve ADLs, mobility, and safety. + Provide therapeutic interventions including neuromuscular re-education, therapeutic exercise, and adaptive equipment training. + Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, nurses, physical therapists, and case managers. + Document patient progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with hospital and regulatory standards. + Educate patients and caregivers on techniques to improve independence and safety at home. + Participate in discharge planning and recommend appropriate follow-up services. Requirements: + BLS (Basic Life Support) + OT (Occupational Therapy) + Or OT (Occupational Therapy) Eligible to obtain + Required Bachelor's Occupational Therapy + Preferred 1-year Occupational Therapy Facility: BayCare Health System, Rehab Services Main-NBH Location: Morton Plant North Bay Hospital - New Port Richey, FL Status: Pool, Exempt: No Shift Hours: Varies/Days Weekend Work: Occasional On Call: No How often will this team member be working remotely?
