Job Title: Skilled Pallet & Crate Builder up to $30/hr Job Description We are seeking a Skilled Pallet & Crate Builder to join our team. You will be responsible for constructing custom pallets, skids, and export crates from scratch using pneumatic nail guns, saws, and measurement tools. Your work will ensure that every build meets our high standards for quality and integrity. Responsibilities + Build custom pallets, skids, and export crates from scratch. + Use pneumatic nail guns, saws, and measurement tools. + Ensure every build meets high standards for quality and integrity. Essential Skills + Experience with carpentry, construction, or power tools. + Ability to lift/move lumber (up to 50 lbs) and stay active all day. + 1-5 years of woodworking experience. + 1-5 years of nail gun experience. + 1-5 years of saw operation experience. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with hand and power tools. + Proficiency in using a tape measure. + Ability to read blueprints and schematics. + Experience in construction or framing. + No certifications or formal education required.
