Real Estate Commissions Specialist

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Real Estate Commissions Specialist to join our team in Central Bucks County, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will oversee commission processing, escrow management, and financial recordkeeping to support our business operations. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities: u2022 Process commission payments for all Delaware Valley deals, relocation transactions, and some contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance. u2022 Verify received checks against Alta records and handle deposits promptly. u2022 Calculate payments, research referral transactions, and manage billing processes. u2022 Distribute payments to agents and vendors for completed deals. u2022 Maintain and update agent records, including Direct Deposit and 1099 information. u2022 Manage escrow transactions for all offices, including handling wires, deposits, and issuing checks. u2022 Process referral rewards payments and maintain records for a group of deals and bonuses. u2022 Conduct daily entries for weekly organizational fee payments. u2022 Prepare journal entries for workers' compensation, corporate franchise fees, and other accruals. u2022 Review and record postage usage and align medical benefits reports on a monthly basis. Requirements u2022 Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, commissions processing, or related roles. u2022 Proficiency in QuickBooks and other financial management software. u2022 Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy. u2022 Experience in invoice processing and escrow management. u2022 Familiarity with real estate transactions and compensation structures. u2022 Ability to handle multiple financial tasks and meet deadlines consistently. u2022 Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. u2022 Knowledge of journal entries, bank fees, and basic general accounting principles.
