We are seeking experienced Picker/Packers to join our expanding warehouse operations in Lakewood, WA. Responsibilities + Prioritize safety in all tasks. + Receive, sort, and organize inventory efficiently. + Pull and pack products based on daily orders. + Use scanners to read bar codes and fulfill customer orders. + Work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while maintaining order accuracy. + Monitor product quality and report issues to ensure safety. + Apply continuous improvement mindset and troubleshoot problems. + Handle products over 50 pounds safely and perform tasks involving standing, walking, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, climbing stairs, and reaching frequently. + Maintain cleanliness in the assigned area. Essential Skills + 1 year of similar experience. + Experience with RF scanning. + Ability to operate a pallet jack. + Capability to stand on feet all day and lift/push/pull up to 60 lbs. + Team-oriented mindset with willingness to learn and assist in various tasks. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Forklift experience is a plus. Why Work Here? The work shift is from 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with initial training on day shifts for 2-3 days from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm. The work location is in Lakewood, WA, where you will join a team dedicated to delivering joy through quality products.
