Electrical Supervisor Lead Electrical Reliability PLC & Controls Leadership Industrial Manufacturing Location: Near Crystal Hill, VA Full-Time, Plant-Based Role A major U.S. manufacturing organization with a long track record of producing engineered building systems and high-quality construction materials (products that have reshaped structural sheathing and subfloor technologies) is hiring an Electrical Supervisor to lead electrical maintenance at its Crystal Hill, VA area facility . This plant runs highly automated equipment that supports continuous operations where reliability u2014 and the people who enable it u2014 truly matters. This is not entry maintenance u2014 this is a leadership seat where your technical expertise and your ability to manage teams, systems, and outcomes will directly impact uptime, safety, and plant success.
