POSITION: Cable Technician u2013 Technician II About the Role: As a Technician II, you will be a vitalcontributor to the robust operation of our Data Center, focusing on themeticulous installation, decommissioning, and maintenance of network andcabling infrastructure. This role demands a commitment to delivering sustainable,repeatable solutions, consistently prioritizing quality workmanship, safety,and data center cleanliness. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders,provide structured project feedback, and utilize your expertise in telecomtools, wiring schemes, cable pulling, termination, and network patching. Idealcandidates will possess a strong understanding of copper and fiber cabletesting, troubleshooting, and splicing, along with experience in MDF/IDFclosets and reading blueprints, ensuring the continuous efficiency andreliability of our critical infrastructure. What Youu2019ll Do: u00b7 Installation/decommissioningof network and cabling infrastructure in a Data Center environment. u00b7 Deliversustainable and repeatable solutions and processes, always with an eye on improvement. u00b7 Providestructured feedback on project progress to Stakeholders. u00b7 Exhibitquality workmanship on all work and maintain Data Center cleanliness. u00b7 Followall production, safety and quality standards, codes, and industry best practices. u00b7 Collaboratewith various Stakeholders to remove project obstacles. u00b7 Readingand comprehending blueprints and building documentation/redline work. u00b7 Broadunderstanding of Data Center infrastructure technologies. The minimum salary for the Sr Facilities Coordinator position is $75,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Sr Facilities Coordinator position is $78,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidateu2019s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBREu2019s applicable benefit program.
