Maintenance Technician

Kelly, in partnership with a growing manufacturing company, is looking for Maintenance Mechanics in Sandston, VA These are direct hire positions meaning you will be hired permanently with our client and offered their competitive benefits, vacation, and compensation package upon hire Benefits: + Health, dental and vision insurance + Paid vacation plus 10 paid holidays + 401k plus a 100% match up to 3.5% Details: Shift available: + 7:00 pm u2013 7:00 am on a 2-2-3 schedule Pay: $28 - $36 per hour, based on experience Job Description: + Follow all cGMP, PPG, regulatory, and safety procedures to ensure product quality and employee safety. + Maintain a clean and orderly workspace using 5S principles. + Ensure machine safety devices are installed and functional; follow lockout procedures when working on equipment. + Adjust, replace, and troubleshoot machine parts to support equipment repair and changeovers. + Perform preventive maintenance, major overhauls, and keep equipment running efficiently across several production lines. + Log all maintenance, lubrication, and repairs according to departmental guidelines. + Report accidents, incidents, and hazards to supervision immediately. + Support Operators with equipment operation and guidance as needed. + Assist with other tasks to maintain plant operations as requested. + Work collaboratively to maximize productivity, safety, and quality; mentor less experienced mechanics. + Complete all required training, including documentation, safety, and cGMP standards. + Help train new employees. Requirements: + 2+ years of experience as a Machine Maintenance Technician + Ideal candidates will have experience with PLCs, Electrical comfortability, and facilities maintenance experience.
