Job Posting Title VP AI Strategy - REMOTE Job Description The Vice President Artificial Intelligence (AI) Strategy will lead the enterprise-wide AI Center of Excellence (COE), driving strategic alignment, innovation, and responsible AI adoption across the organization. This role will serve as a thought leader internally and externally, shaping Prime's AI vision, prioritizing initiatives, and ensuring measurable business impact. This position will collaborate with senior leaders across Finance, IT, HR, Compliance, Risk, Legal, and Operations to embed AI into the fabric of our enterprise. Responsibilities + Define and evolve the organization's AI strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and responsible AI principles; establish governance frameworks and refine compliance guidelines as AI capabilities mature + Establish and lead an AI center of excellence, fostering collaboration across business units and functional teams, work closely with leaders across the enterprise to drive prioritization of AI initiatives using value/viability frameworks and tools + Lead an AI innovation team to design and deliver rapid prototypes, proofs of concept, and mockups, and explore emerging technologies and vendor solutions to accelerate innovation + Represent Prime's AI vision in client meetings, industry forums, and consulting engagements; work through and with Prime clients to develop shared AI business practices and solutions and determine how to collectively scale + Work closely with Finance to develop ROI-driven business cases for AI investments; oversee portfolio management and ensure resource allocation aligns with strategic priorities + Conduct ongoing market analysis to identify trends, technologies, and strategic partnership opportunities + Collaborate closely with leaders across IT to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions into enterprise systems, championing scalable, secure, and compliant AI architecture + Partner with HR on AI training and adoption strategies, supporting organizational readiness, adoption, and cultural transformation + Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications + Bachelors degree in business, technology or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience + 15 years of work experience, including at least 10 years in pharmacy, PBM, or other health care supply chain areas and 5 years in AI strategy, digital transformation, or technology + 10 years of leadership/people management experience + Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship Additional Qualifications + Strong understanding of AI technologies, vendor ecosystems, and regulatory considerations + Strategic thinking and long-range planning skills; proven ability to looking beyond the present situation to conceptualize key trends and identify changing market / technology demands + Proven experience inspiring and motivating cross-functional teams to meet business objectives with outstanding results + Demonstrated ability to distill complex concepts or situations into concise and compelling communications; experience working with and influencing executive management and ability to communicate technical concepts in non-technical language to variety of audiences + Strong understanding of and experience building cases for large technical projects; strong decision maker with the ability to determine action, execution, promote clear accountability, and focus towards achieving business objectives Preferred Qualifications + Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or related field Every employee must understand, comply with and attest to the security responsibilities and security controls unique to their job, and comply with all applicable legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements and internal policies and procedures Every employee must be able to perform the essential functions of the job and, if requested, reasonable accommodations will be made to enable employees with disabilities to perform the essential functions, absent undue hardship.
