About the Role The Project Management Analyst provides administrativesupport to the project management team managing infrastructure capital projectfor our manufacturing client in Dearborn, MI. Administrative support consistsof documentation preparation, escalation for commitment, financial modeling,financial reconciliations, and reporting. This job is part of the Project Management function responsiblefor the management of projects from initiation through completion. Rolerequires an onsite presence in Dearborn, MI. What Youu2019ll Do Support Project Managementteam to manage all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement,quality & risk) for individual commercial real estate projects includingplanning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout. Administrative support includingdata entry, spreadsheet maintenance, purchase orders, invoicing, vendormanagement, and reporting. Act as systems administratorof the internet-based project tracking system, project websites and job costaccounting system. Assist the team with theexecution, monitoring and adherence of project administrative practices andpolicies. Assist with close-out procedures. Prepare routine and specialclient reports as required. Lead by example and modelbehaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE (Respect, Integrity, Service, Excellence)values. Work within standardizedprocedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines. Exchange straightforwardinformation, ask questions, and check for understanding. What Youu2019ll Need Applicants must be currently authorized to work in theUnited States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future + Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. + Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Experience in Kahua or similar project management software. + Ability to read and understand architectural drawings. Knowledge of leases, contracts, and construction practices is preferred. + Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mentality. + Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations. The minimum salary for the Technician II position is $38/hour and the maximum salary for the Technician II position is $41.43/hour. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience.
