Position Overview As the Patient Care Coordinator, youu2019ll be the friendly face patients see first and the helpful voice they hear when they call. Youu2019ll manage frontu2011desk responsibilities, coordinate appointments, verify insurance, and help keep our office running smoothly. Pay Range (Based on Relevant Experience) + 0u20132 years: $17.15/hr + 3u20134 years: $19.00/hr + 5+ years: $20.00/hr What Youu2019ll Do + Provide excellent frontu2011desk serviceu2014greet patients, assist walku2011ins, and guide them to exam rooms. + Manage incoming calls with patience and clarity. + Communicate frequently with our Grand Rapids office and other branch locations. + Schedule and register patients with accuracy and professionalism. + Maintain complete and correct patient documentation. + Learn and use W+F software (training provided). + Verify insurance information using various insurance portals. + Process and track patient orders, including outbound followu2011up calls. + Uphold strong attendance, punctuality, and reliability standards.
