Packaging Associate

Job Title: Packaging Worker Job Summary The Packaging Worker supports daily operations on a production line by performing simple, repetitive packaging and handling tasks. This role requires standing for the entire shift and following basic instructions to meet daily production goals. Ideal candidates are dependable, detailu2011oriented, and comfortable with routine work. Shifts: 1st Shift, Mon-Thurs, 6am-4:30pm, and most Fridays and Saturdays. Key Responsibilities + Support general tasks on a packaging or production line + Handle, package, and prepare products according to instructions + Perform basic inspection and quality checks + Complete repetitive motions throughout the shift + Stand for the duration of the shift and assist with overtime as needed + Follow all safety, dress code, and workplace guidelines Required Skills & Abilities + Ability to perform general labor and basic inspection tasks + Comfortable with repetitive, routine work + Ability to stand for long periods of time + Dependable and able to follow instructions accurately Additional Qualifications + Ability to perform moderate physical activity + Entryu2011level candidates encouraged to apply + Willingness to work overtime when required Why Work With Us? + Supportive and teamu2011oriented work environment + Competitive benefits + Opportunities for growth and advancement + Candidate can get a possible $.50 pay raise after the 1st 60 days worked.
