Palletizer Operator

Job Title: Tower Sealer Operator Job Description We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Tower Sealer Operators in the Cheese department. This role involves rotating between three workstations: bagging finished cheese blocks, sealing cheese packages, and palletizing finished products. We currently have openings for both day and night shifts, from 8am to 8pm and 8pm to 8am. Responsibilities + Follow all GMPs and work in accordance with corporate, regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements. + Operate a forklift to move cheese from the production area to the warehouse cooler. + Run the Beta Vac/bag sealer ensuring there are no leaks. + Weigh cheese blocks and apply label tickets to blocks and boxes. + Operate and validate the metal detector. + Operate boxer and robot equipment. + Manage tower operations and maintain block count records. + Perform routine cleaning and preventive maintenance. + Master sanitation procedures as needed. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of ZUMBROTA, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
