All-Phase Carpenter

Job Title: All-Phase Carpenter - Cheyenne, WY Job Description We are hiring skilled All-Phase Carpenters to support an exciting and largeu2011scale data center construction project. In this role, you will work across multiple stages of carpentry and concrete constructionu2014from layout to framing to finishing supportu2014helping ensure high-quality execution across all phases of the build. This position is ideal for carpenters with well-rounded experience in commercial work who want to contribute to a critical, fast-moving project. Responsibilities + Perform all-phase carpentry tasks including layout, framing, and general construction support. + Assist with concrete foundation activities including grade beams, slab prep, and column support. + Build, install, and dismantle temporary structures, bracing, ramps, and platforms. + Support the erection and alignment of structural components. + Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings. + Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards on a high-demand commercial jobsite. Essential Skills + 4+ years of carpentry experience across multiple phases of commercial construction. + Strong understanding of concrete and structural carpentry processes. + Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment. + Solid knowledge of layout, framing, and general carpentry practices. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience working on fast-paced commercial or industrial projects. + Familiarity with concrete support work (slab prep, layout, framing assistance). + Safety certifications (OSHA 10/30) preferred but not required. + Ability to work OT and adapt to shifting priorities on a large project. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Fort Collins, CO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr.
