AWS Specialist and Partner Industries (ASPI) is seeking an AWS Specialist Solutions Architects (SSA) for Container Services. An AWS SA Specialist are technologists with deep domain-specific expertise, able to address advanced concepts and feature designs for Healthcare and Life Sciences Customers (HCLS). You will provide technical expertise to help grow the adoption of a portfolio of services that includes Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service, Amazon Elastic Container Registry, and AWS App Mesh. As a part of this team, you will have the opportunity to help shape the future of the containers industry. SSAs work with HCLS customers who have complex challenges that require expert-level knowledge to solve. SSAs craft scalable, flexible, and resilient technical architectures that address those challenges. This might involve guiding customers as they refactor an application or designing entirely new cloud-based systems. Key job responsibilities u2022 Helping HCLS organizations implement innovative cloud computing solutions and solve technical problems. u2022 Owning the technical engagement and ultimate success around specific implementation projects. u2022 Defining implementation architectures, responding to RFPs, developing a deep expertise in the AWS technologies as well as broad know-how around how applications and services are constructed using the AWS platform. u2022 Represent the voice of the customer; bring customer feedback to product teams to influence feature development and future product roadmap. u2022 Provide advanced technical knowledge to your domain aligned GTM teams to unblock our customersu2019 largest and most critical business challenges. u2022 Act as a thought leader sharing best practices through forums such as AWS blogs, whitepapers, reference architectures and public-speaking events such as AWS Summit, AWS re:Invent, etc. u2022 Develop and support an AWS internal community of technical subject matter experts worldwide. Create field enablement materials for the broader SA population, to help them understand how to integrate Amazon Web Services solutions into customer architectures. A day in the life The Solutions Architects on our team provide exceptional technical design and thought leadership to our largest Healthcare and Life Sciences customers. They lead efforts to capture and share best-practice knowledge among the AWS solution architect community. You get to learn from, collaborate with, and educate some of the brightest technical minds in the industry today across the breadth of enterprise architecture. The typical day might include meeting with customers, collaborating with AWS technical product managers, working with others to build and test demonstrations and proofs of concept, and writing technical content such as blog posts and papers. About the team The ASPI HCLS Specialist Solutions Architecture Team consists of GEN AI, Analytics, Containers, Storage, Migrations, and HPC Specialist Solutions Architects located across the US. This team is vertically aligned and supports the Healthcare and Life Sciences customer base consisting of some of the largest, most complex AWS customers. The team operates on key tenets including being domain experts who provide thought leadership with deep AWS expertise, taking ownership of specialist engagements, maintaining contextual knowledge, scaling through reusable assets, gathering customer feedback, and maintaining alignment with the broader AWS community. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
