Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Technician to join our team in West Yarmouth, Massachusetts. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer support while collaborating with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. This is a Contract to permanent position, offering a great opportunity for growth and long-term success within the organization. Responsibilities: u2022 Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels with professionalism and accuracy. u2022 Utilize available resources and collaborate with team members to address complex customer questions effectively. u2022 Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill customer requirements and ensure seamless service delivery. u2022 Manage customer accounts by performing data entry tasks and maintaining accurate records. u2022 Schedule appointments and update order information as needed to support customer needs. u2022 Handle both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring timely resolution of customer concerns. u2022 Process orders and provide updates to customers regarding their order status. u2022 Maintain a strong working knowledge of company products and services to assist customers effectively. u2022 Use Microsoft Excel and Word to create and update documents and reports related to customer interactions. Requirements u2022 Proven experience in customer service, preferably within a call center environment. u2022 Strong skills in answering inbound and outbound calls with a customer-focused approach. u2022 Proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate records. u2022 Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including email correspondence. u2022 Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word for document creation and data tracking. u2022 Ability to schedule appointments and manage order entry accurately. u2022 Comfortable working onsite in West Yarmouth, Massachusetts. u2022 Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate with team members effectively.
