Description We are seeking an experienced Account Based Marketing Manager with 6+ years of proven B2B marketing experience to join our clientu2019s branding and communications team, responsible for developing and executing global marketing campaigns that highlight technological leadership and innovative power solutions. Youu2019ll work collaboratively within a high-performing B2B marketing team, crafting tactical strategy and hands-on execution of account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives. This role is 100% on-site in Andover, MA. Salary is 128-140K. Key Responsibilities: + Build strong partnerships with business unit stakeholders to align on strategy and objectives + Strategize, plan, and buy multi-channel media to implement impactful ABM campaigns + Develop nurture streams to increase engagement with top accounts + Collaborate with regional offices to execute integrated global and local marketing programs + Measure and report on campaign effectiveness and ROI + Utilize marketing platforms such as Marketo, Tableau, Demandbase, Salesforce, and SmartSheet Requirements Qualifications: + Bacheloru2019s and/or graduate degree in Marketing + 8+ years of B2B marketing experience; 5+ years managing omnichannel campaigns + Proven ABM experience is required + Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms + Strong background in digital marketing, SEM, social media, and marketing automation + Skilled in analytics and using data to inform strategic decisions + B2C marketing experience is a plus Attributes: + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills + Strong presentation abilities, including presenting to senior leadership + Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple, complex projects + Analytical mindset focused on continuous improvement If youu2019re a strategic thinker and hands-on marketer who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.
