Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic Job Description Under limited supervision, this role involves performing a variety of complex tasks related to the construction, installation, maintenance, adjustment, and repair of production equipment and/or plant facilities. This position requires a broad knowledge of several maintenance trades including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical. Responsibilities + Perform work in more than one of the maintenance trades such as electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical. + Work from maintenance schedules, detailed drawings, diagrams, specifications, prints, and written and verbal instructions. + Locate and diagnose complex equipment failures and ensure timely, corrective actions. + Conduct routine, periodic, or special inspections to determine repair and maintenance work necessary to prevent breakdowns of facilities, machinery, and equipment. + Perform all functions of a Maintenance Specialist B. + Execute other related duties as directed. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Billerica, MA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $33.00/hr.
