Responsibilities We are now hiring for immediate openingsin our Management Training program. As a MT, you'll start learning ourbusiness from day one while based out of one of our neighborhoodbranches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterpriseto customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills youneed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business anddevelop your team. In our hands-on learning environment, you willreceive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful.You will also get out into the community and establish the relationshipsessential to building your own business. We'll teach you how to excelat customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations. Andyou'll learn what it means to always put our customers first. Qualifications Bachelors degree required.Must have a minimum of 6 months experience within the last 5 years inany of the following: Sales & Customer Service: commission sales,retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry Leadership:military, athletics/team activities, or community, social, or academicorganizations Must currently have a valid US driver's license with nomore than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents within the past3 years. No drug or alcohol related conviction on record (DWI/DUI) inthe past 5 years. Must be authorized to work in the United States andnot require work authorization sponsorship by our company for thisposition now or in the future. Must be at least 18 years old.
