Responsibilities include but are not limited to: + Monitors clinical status (ex. monitor pattern, vital signs, patient signs and symptoms.) + Interprets clinical data. + Acts in accordance with clinical data interpretation and physician orders. + Demonstrates proficiency in caring for the monitored patient. + Interprets diagnostic tests as they relate to patient care. + Responds appropriately in an emergency situation. + Demonstrates clinical proficiency in all unit specific competencies and mandatory requirements. + Completes criterion referenced competency checklists. Scheduled Hours: 32 hours a week. Rotating Weekends & Holidays. Shift diffs applicable. Additional Float Pool differential applicable Work Shift: 3P-11P Education Required: Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program. BSN preferred.
