Job Title: Project Manager u2013 Commercial Construction Location: Boxborough, Massachusetts Job Type: Full-Time, On-site Pay Range: $85,000 - $125,000 Benefits: 401(k), 401(k) matching, health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, FSA and More Job Summary Adecco Permanent Recruitment is partnered with a well-established company in the commercial construction space to help them hire a Project Manager. This role is responsible for managing construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and aligned with client expectations. The position works closely with executive leadership, field teams, and subcontractors to coordinate project planning, financial oversight, and day-to-day execution. Key Responsibilities u2022 Lead preconstruction activities including scope development, budgeting, bid leveling, and subcontractor buyout u2022 Coordinate procurement activities and track long-lead materials to support project timelines u2022 Partner with the Superintendent to establish and maintain project schedules and oversee field progress u2022 Present project budgets, schedules, and updates to clients and internal stakeholders u2022 Manage and process owner and subcontractor change orders u2022 Review and approve project-related expenses including invoices, costs, and timecards u2022 Facilitate project meetings including owner, architect, contractor, subcontractor, and internal coordination meetings u2022 Oversee project documentation including RFIs, submittals, compliance tracking, and closeout documentation Qualifications and Must-Haves u2022 4+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects in Massachusetts u2022 Experience with bid leveling, subcontractor buyout, and project budgeting u2022 Hands-on experience managing RFIs, submittals, and change orders throughout the project lifecycle u2022 Proficiency with Procore project management software u2022 Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously u2022 Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills u2022 Knowledge of design assist and value engineering processes u2022 Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project scheduling tools such as MS Project Preferred Qualifications: u2022 Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field u2022 Experience with Bluebeam, Textura, BIM, or Revit u2022 OSHA 30 certification or willingness to obtain Pay Details: $85,000.00 to $125,000.00 per year Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled Military connected talent encouraged to apply To read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable: + The California Fair Chance Act + Los Angeles City Fair Chance Ordinance + Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers + San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance Massachusetts Candidates Only: It is unlawful in Massachusetts to require or administer a lie detector test as a condition of employment or continued employment.
