Job Summary The Regional Director of Operations is a senior multi-site healthcare support services executive responsible for the overall operation, growth, financial performance, and client satisfaction of accounts within an assigned geographic region. The role provides leadership and strategic direction to District Managers / Resident Directors and ensures operational execution aligns with corporate, regulatory, and client goals while maintaining profitability and service excellence.
