About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead commercial, clean room, pharmaceutical, and semiconductor projects based out of Brookfield, CT. This position is ideal for a handsu2011on leader who can confidently manage technical scopes, coordinate crossu2011functional teams, and deliver consistent results on highu2011stakes builds. What Youu2019ll Lead + Full lifecycle management of construction projects from planning through closeout + Development and oversight of project budgets, schedules, and resource plans + Coordination with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors + Enforcement of safety standards, building codes, and quality specifications + Monitoring progress and adjusting strategies to keep projects on track + Preparing and delivering clear project updates for all stakeholders + Rapid resolution of issues occurring onu2011site or during planning + Fostering strong teamwork, communication, and a positive project culture + Conducting routine site visits to ensure safety and specification alignment + Identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks + Managing procurement for timely and costu2011effective materials and equipment + Leading project meetings and maintaining project documentation What You Bring + Bacheloru2019s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field + 5+ years managing commercial, clean room, pharmaceutical, or semiconductor projects + Proven ability to deliver largeu2011scale, technically complex builds + Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, codes, and best practices + Exceptional leadership, communication, and problemu2011solving skills + Proficiency with modern project management tools and software + Ability to perform in fastu2011moving environments while balancing multiple priorities + Strong analytical and decisionu2011making abilities Preferred Experience + PMP or similar certification + Knowledge of sustainable construction or LEED practices + Experience with RFIs, submittals, takeu2011offs, and change orders + Familiarity with MS Project, Procore, and Sage + Project experience in healthcare, manufacturing, biopharma, or other technical facilities + Experience managing projects ranging from $500k to $20M, especially within the $3Mu2013$5M range Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brookfield, CT.
