Software Architect

Description We are looking for a skilled Software Architect to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will assess and analyze the condition of a proprietary software system, identifying areas that require maintenance or improvement. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute your expertise in system architecture and ensure the software functions optimally within its connected platforms. Responsibilities: u2022 Conduct a thorough evaluation of the proprietary software system to identify issues and areas requiring improvement. u2022 Collaborate with stakeholders to understand system requirements and operational challenges. u2022 Develop architectural solutions to address identified problems and enhance system performance. u2022 Ensure seamless integration with connected systems, including TALONes and Lightspeed. u2022 Document findings and recommendations in a clear and organized manner. u2022 Provide technical guidance and expertise to support the implementation of proposed solutions. u2022 Maintain legal documentation and digital files related to the project. u2022 Oversee the design and organization of file systems to ensure efficient data management. u2022 Monitor progress and adjust plans based on the severity and complexity of system issues. u2022 Communicate updates and findings to relevant teams and management. Requirements u2022 Proven experience in software architecture and system evaluation. u2022 Strong knowledge of design architecture principles and practices. u2022 Familiarity with digital file management and legal documentation processes. u2022 Expertise in managing and organizing file systems and data storage. u2022 Ability to work with platforms such as TALONes and Lightspeed. u2022 Experience with AEM architecture and related technologies. u2022 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. u2022 Strong communication skills to convey technical findings effectively.
