About the Role: As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible forproviding project management services to an assigned high-profile Aviation or Government& Defense client account to help achieve the company's strategic businessobjectives. This job is part of the Project Management function. Theyare responsible for the management of projects from initiation throughcompletion. What Youu2019ll Do: u00b7 Manage all areas ofproject management for multiple projects. This includes planning, design,construction, occupancy, and closeout with respect to the delivery of specificsite-based work for various projects. u00b7 Work collaborativelyalongside the Regional Project Managers Scheduler, Estimator, and Controller tomanage the site. u00b7 Interface with variousinternal and external stakeholder groups to align the necessary consultationsand approvals. u00b7 Work with thecontractor to coordinate the required permits, approvals, and consents as wellas to coordinate site logistics. u00b7 Oversee the delivery ofthe works in line with scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk requirements. u00b7 Coordinate theeffective application of change control procedures and escalates decisions asrequired. u00b7 Works collaborativelywith the wider regional team to coordinate reviews, inspections, and approvalsincl. design, health and safety, quality, environmental, security, etc. u00b7 Works collaborativelywith the wider regional team to coordinate procurement activities and contractmanagement activities. u00b7 Define the projectdelivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the projectqualification process. Conduct complex requests for proposals, complete bidevaluations, and recommend resources to clients. u00b7 Facilitate thedevelopment of a charter and integrated timeline. u00b7 Ensure all functionsremain on schedule and issues get resolved or escalated. u00b7 Facilitate regularmeetings to review project status for active and pending projects. u00b7 Collaborate to developsolutions and guide the project team through implementation and completion. u00b7 Work collaborativelyalongside the Regional Project managers, Scheduler, Estimator, andController to manage the site u00b7 Apply advancedknowledge to seek and develop new, better methods for accomplishing bothindividual and department objectives. u00b7 Showcase expertise inown job discipline and in-depth knowledge of other job disciplines within theorganization function. u00b7 Coach others to developin-depth knowledge and expertise in most or all areas within the function. u00b7 Lead by example andmodel behaviors that are consistent with company RISE values. Anticipatespotential objections and persuades others, often at senior levels and ofdivergent interest, to adopt a different point of view. u00b7 Impact the achievementof customer, operational, project, or service objectives acrossmulti-discipline teams. WhatYouu2019ll Need: Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States withoutthe need for visa sponsorship now or in the future. u00b7 Bachelor'sDegree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience in program or projectmanagement. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education willbe considered. u00b7 Demonstratedexpertise in project management and / or applicable technical areas to delivercomplex road / highways projects. Experience with large international airportprojects or equivalent infrastructure projects or programs is strongly desired. u00b7 Demonstratedexperience in managing teams to deliver complex projects and programs. u00b7 Strongtechnical capability in all project phases, including design, planning,construction, operations, and maintenance preferably largeprogram/projects. u00b7 Demonstrableexperience in managing stakeholder relationships and providing reporting toenable effective decision making. u00b7 Familiarityof working in collaborative project environments and a working knowledge andexperience of progressive contracting models incl. Progressive Design Build andTarget Price. u00b7 Goodstakeholder engagement and communication skills including the ability tofacilitate meetings / workshops with groups of stakeholders. u00b7 Recognizeddegree and professional designation in a relevant field considered an asset. u00b7 Theinnovative mentality to develop methods that go beyond existing solutions. u00b7 Abilityto solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions having a broadimpact on the business. u00b7 In-depthknowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook,etc. u00b7 Expertorganizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset. The minimum salary for the Building Engineer position is $68,000 annually, and the maximum salary for the Building Engineer position is $78,500 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidateu2019s skills, qualifications, and experience.
