Upon completing six months of successful service,associates may explore career advancement opportunities within theorganization Readon to learn more About the Role Responsiblefor the overall asset management, work planning, training, and spare partinventory using Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software. What Youu2019ll Do Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures. Maintain spare parts inventory and conduct audits on a regular basis; Provide software training to end users and new administrators; serves asliaison for system problems. Work with corporate EAM Business Analyst to implement standard object codingschemes, preventive maintenance procedures and scheduling. Manage work orders in the system for accurate creation, planning, updating, andresolving of work orders. Perform data analysis on parts/assets and recommend software enhancements andprocess changes. Measure and publish facilities metrics to the management team. Provide support as a Tier 1 EAM for the facilities team. Cultivate positive working relationships with our Client and OperationsMaintenance team members. Ability to travel as needed. Perform other job-related duties as needed or assigned. What Youu2019ll Need Applicants must be currently authorized to work in United States without theneed for visa sponsorship now or in the future. High School Diploma or general education degree (GED). Minimum 3+ years of related experience; planning, scheduling, and auditingoverall facilities/maintenance activities. Experience with enterprise software and understanding of standard workprocesses. Effectivecommunication, presentation, problem solving and analytical skills. Basicknowledge of financial terms and principles. Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Office; Outlook,Word, Excel, etc.). Abilityto solve problems and carry out general instructions in standard situationssuch as; routine maintenance, repairs, preventative measures, emergencyresponses, coordination, and safety compliance. Ability to move up to 50lbs and physical requirements including stooping,standing, walking, and climbing stairs / ladders with or without reasonableaccommodation. PreferredQualifications Associatedegree in business administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or relatedfield preferred. Previousexperience with EAM ASE, data analysis, and asset management preferred. The starting pay for the Logistics Coordinator position is $20.00 hourly to $24.00 hourly. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidateu2019s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBREu2019s applicable benefit program.
