Job Title: Assembler Shifts- 2nd Shift- 3pm-11:30pm 3rd Shift- 11pm-7:30am Job Description We are seeking dedicated assemblers to join our team for an exciting new product line. As an assembler, you will be responsible for assembling fans and fan components specifically designed for data center servers. While previous assembly experience is advantageous, it is not a mandatory requirement. Candidates with electrical experience are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities + Assemble fans and fan components for data center servers. + Understand and follow blueprints and technical instructions. + Ensure quality control standards are met throughout the assembly process. + Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production goals. + Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency. Essential Skills + Basic mechanical aptitude to use equipment and understand business processes. + Ability to perform work in varied environments, such as on ladders, in high places, and in confined areas. + Knowledge of and compliance with general work rules, policies, and safety guidelines. + Good teamwork skills. + High school diploma or GED. + Basic math skills. + Commitment to quality work. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Willingness to learn all tasks required for the job. + Willingness to work overtime as needed. + Ability to identify routine problem causation and correct routine problems. + Capability to learn and operate all job-related equipment, including power hand tools, forklifts, skyjacks, cranes, and measuring devices. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Smith, AR. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
