Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Payment Operations Specialist to join their team. As a Payment Operations Specialist, you will be part of the Customer Reconciliation department supporting the Set Up team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate high attention to detail, adaptability, and a proactive approach to meeting tight deadlines, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Payment Operations Specialist Location:East Providence, RI Duration: 3 Months with possible extension/Conversion Pay Range: $18.82/h ron W2 What's the Job? + Support the Set Up team in customer reconciliation processes related to check fraud prevention. + Perform accurate data entry for logged tickets within specified SLAs (same day, 2-day, 10-day deadlines). + Review and process positive pay tickets daily, ensuring compliance and accuracy. + Coordinate with sales and relationship managers for account setup and related tasks. + Assist in the automation process and adapt to process changes as they develop over the next few months. What's Needed? + Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines. + Familiarity with macros and navigating multiple systems such as Mainframe and nCino (Salesforce). + Prior experience with Citizens systems or banking/check processing is preferred. + Ability to be flexible and adaptable to process automation and workflow changes. + Experience working in high-volume, SLA-driven environments.
