u00a0u00a0Lead Run-Sight Lab qualitative consumer insight projects from kick-off to completion. Lead and conduct new and trusted qualitative consumer and market research methods to uncover meaningful runner and business insights. Collaborate with Design Researchers and Quantitative Researchers on each project to gain a deep understanding of runner mindsets and business issues through a mixed-methods approach. Evaluate consumer insights and business needs to formulate business cases and deliver strategic recommendations to stakeholders. Apply a keen understanding of the consumer experience to translate insights to illuminate opportunities for the brand to build products and create solutions for the runner. Work with Brand and Product Marketing teams to ensure messaging is relevant to the target audience and strengthens the brand.u00a0Minimum Qualifications:u00a0Education: Master's or foreign equivalent degree in Marketing, User Experience Design and Research, Human-Centered Design and Engineering, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.u00a0Experience: One year of experience in:- Conducting and leading end-to-end consumer research projects;- Leading and planning methodology, execution, and ethnographic analysis of consumer research projects, applying principles of emotional intelligence and/or human behaviorism;- Qualitative research methodologies including proficiency in user interviews, surveys, usability testing, card sorting, and ethnographic studies;- Data analysis including the analyzing qualitative and quantitative data gathered from user research using tools like Excel, Miro, SPSS, or specialized qualitative analysis software like Qualtrics;- Cross-cultural research including understanding of cultural differences in user behavior and preferences and experience in conducting cross-cultural research to ensure the usability and effectiveness of products across diverse user groups;- Understanding and applying accessibility guidelines, such as Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), to projects to ensure that designs are accessible to users with disabilities;- Project Management including planning, prioritizing, and managing timelines, resources, and budgets, and executing User Experience (UX) research projectsu00a0Education or experience in:- Human Centered Design & Engineering;- User-Centered Design;- Usability Studies; and- Designing for Behavior Changeu00a0
