Job Description Day-to-Day responsibility: u2003- Installing, configuring and troubleshooting local area networks, wireless networks, VoIP systems, IP Public Address/Intercom and IP Video Camera systems. u2003- Configuring a variety of networking equipment. u2003- Analyzing and solving networking problems. u2003- Reviewing and evaluating IT system designs for compliance with industry standards. u2003- Conducting site surveys and on-site assessments and preparation of design/scopeof-work (SOW) for installations. u2003- Preparing clear and concise reports and technical documentation. u2003- Formulating and expressing ideas clearly and effectively in writing and orally. u2003- Setting priorities and successfully completing tasks in a timely manner. u2003- Related tasks: u2003u2003u25cb Conduct site surveys u2003u2003u25cb Develop scopes of work u2003u2003u25cb Create bill of material o Accept equipment deliveries at warehouse u2003u2003u25cb Create asset workbooks u2003u2003u25cb Generate e-mails of status completions u2003u2003u25cb Rearranging Network equipment u2003u2003u25cb Install power equipment (UPS/Stepdown Transformers) u2003u2003u25cb Install and configure network switches, modules, cards etc u2003u2003u25cb Install and configure IP converged system equipment u2003u2003u25cb Install Cat6e/Fiber patch Cords o Troubleshoot LAN equipment u2003- Maintain effective relationships with District personnel and other organizations. u2003- A California Driveru2019s license, use of a car and be able to carry tools and materials weighing up to 50 pounds. u2003- A California Driveru2019s license and use of a car We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
