HR Generalist

Description We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting a dynamic workforce and handling a variety of human resources functions. This is a long-term contract position offering a stable opportunity to contribute to employee relations, onboarding processes, and benefits administration. Responsibilities: u2022 Coordinate and manage onboarding activities to ensure a seamless experience for new hires. u2022 Administer employee benefits, addressing inquiries and ensuring accurate enrollment processes. u2022 Facilitate safety training programs to maintain compliance with food and safety regulations. u2022 Support employee relations by resolving issues and fostering a positive work environment. u2022 Utilize Paylocity to manage HR tasks, including employee records and onboarding workflows. u2022 Collaborate with hiring managers to coordinate recruitment efforts and ensure workforce needs are met. u2022 Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance. u2022 Provide bilingual support in Spanish to address employee needs effectively. u2022 Monitor and enforce workplace safety standards, ensuring compliance with regulations. u2022 Assist with general HR administration tasks, including documentation and reporting. Requirements u2022 Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources roles, including employee relations and administration. u2022 Proficiency in HRIS systems, with experience using Paylocity preferred. u2022 Strong knowledge of employee benefits and onboarding processes. u2022 Ability to conduct safety training and maintain compliance with regulations. u2022 Bilingual in Spanish, with strong communication skills in both English and Spanish. u2022 Familiarity with food and safety regulated environments is a plus. u2022 Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage HR responsibilities effectively. u2022 Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
