About the Role: As a CBRE T&T Program Analyst, you will be responsible for the preparation, evaluation, and presentation of research results for projects overseen by the team. This job is part of the Program Management function. They are responsible for the creation and delivery of strategic programs representing major company initiatives. This jobs in onsite a few days a week at our clientu2019s campus in Indianapolis. What Youu2019ll Do: + Maintain and distribute routine reports. + Submit purchase requisitions for supplier purchase orders / contracts + Monitor vendor invoicing against projects + Research budget and invoice issues + Assist with project closeout when project is work has been completed and ensure internal/external process compliance + Identifying budget or financial problems and shortfalls and proposing solutions + Monitor project financials / budget data and documentation + Use aggregate data from multiple sources to create a complete evaluation and improvement. + Learn key systems and processes including providing knowledge transfer to teams. + Collaborate with personnel from other departments to assist with project implementation and process improvements. + Collect project schedules based on info and input from other team members and update to find schedule slippage or other program-related issues. + Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them. + Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. + Impact the quality of own work. + Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines. + Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding. What Youu2019ll Need: + Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. + Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems. + Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments. + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. + Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset. + Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations. _Please be advised that effective January 1, 2025, CBRE Project Management and Turner & Townsend will be consolidated into a single global business entity. As a candidate applying for a position, you should be aware that while your initial employment may be with CBRE Project Management, you will subsequently transfer to the newly formed entity that encompasses both organizations._ CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidateu2019s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Property Administrator position is $65,000 annually [or $31.25 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Property Administrator position is $72,000 annually [or $34.62 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidateu2019s skills, qualifications, and experience.
