Your key responsibilities As a Staff Consultant in the People Consulting practice, youu2019ll assess complex client challenges, benchmark against competitors, advise on leading practices, and guide clients through implementations, transactions, and transformations. Even in your first year, you will help engagement leaders gather and analyze meaningful data, identify risks, enable successful project management, and learn how businesses operate. Skills and attributes for success To qualify for the role, you must have + An undergrad or master's degree in human resources, human capital, labor relations, organizational design, business, industrial and organizational psychology, communications, economics or finance + Desire to work in consulting demonstrated by relevant course work or interest. + U.S. citizenship is required for candidates applying to the Government & Public Sector practice, along with the ability to obtain and maintain a secret clearance or higher within the specified timeframe, as determined by engagement requirements. + Access to reliable transportation to/from the EY office and client sites. A driveru2019s license is strongly recommended as ride share and public transportation options may not be available in all locations. + The ability and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $78,000 to $88,000. Individual alaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
