Overview Job Title: Office Coordinator Department: Corporate Reporting To: Regional Director, Human Resources Employment Type: Full Time Location: Philadelphia Overview: Audacy's Philadelphia-based corporate team and six of Audacy's local market radio stations are located in the 9th ranked media market in the United States - Philadelphia. The ideal candidate for this role is outgoing, personable, reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented. The Office Coordinator focuses on employee engagements, client relationships, and office management. Must be available to work on-site at Philadelphia HQ, Monday through Friday. Responsibilities What You'll Do: Office Operations & Facility Management: + Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the lead liaison for Philadelphia-based Corporate and Broadcast staff. + Building & Vendor Liaison: Manage relationships with building management and external vendors to coordinate maintenance, cleaning schedules, and facility repairs. + Space Management: Maintain and update seating charts for Philadelphia based corporate and broadcast seats, ensuring efficient space utilization. + Resource Management: Oversee office supply inventory and maintain kitchen cleanliness and functionality. + Mail & Logistics: Direct the sorting, delivery, and unpacking of all incoming mail and packages.
