Here, you will make an impact by: + Engaging across the Boeing global enterprise to align 3M capabilities and solutions with the unique needs of their commercial, defense and global services organizations + Providing decision-making and operational/strategic planning to generate and execute the overall growth strategy. + Organizing, and directing all sales operations activities and policies across a global commercial and technical team. + Drives collaboration and technical execution to build a robust pipeline of opportunities aligned to customer needs and roadmaps. Company Vehicle This position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this position Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: + Bacheloru2019s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) + Eight (8) years experience in business or engineering working with large business partners in a private, public, government or military environment + Current, valid Driveru2019s License. Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: + Master's degree in business or engineering from an accredited institution + Ten (10) years experience in business or engineering working with large business partners in a private, public, government or military environment + Five (5) years of aerospace and defense experience n a private, public, government or military environment + Demonstrated experience leading strategic planning and sales operations with proven impact on business growth + Strong ability to drive crossu2011functional collaboration and technical execution to build and sustain a robust opportunity pipeline Work location: + Los Angeles, CA + Seattle, WA + Washington, D.C. + St. Louis, MO + Charleston, SC, OR + Maplewood, MN Travel: May include up to 50% domestic/international Relocation: May be authorized Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status). _Responsibilities of this position may include direct and/or indirect physical or logical access to information, systems, technologies subjected to the regulations/compliance with U.S. Export Control Laws._ _U.S. Export Control laws and U.S. Government Department of Defense contracts and sub-contracts impose certain restrictions on companies and their ability to share export-controlled and other technology and services with certain
