About the Role: As a CBRE Account Operations Analyst, yourmain role is to support the Account team by preparing reports andpresentations, analyzing data, and offering insights and recommendations. Youwill also manage key performance indicators for the client account. The goal ofthese activities is to ensure that contractual services are delivered aspromised, to drive ongoing improvements, and to help grow the client account. What Youu2019ll Need: Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3years of relevant experience. In lieu ofa degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Officeproducts, including Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook. (Including text functions, queries, dataextract, Pivot tables, Lookups, IF formulae, and charts.) Ability to use existing platforms anddatabases in order to access and extract data as necessary. Familiarity with dashboard tools such as MicrosoftPowerBI. Experience with analyzing information andstandard practices to make judgments. Organizational skills with a stronginquisitive mindset. Intermediate math skills. Ability tocalculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and otherfinancial-related calculations. Strong communication skills to conveycomplex information in straight forward situations Motivation to impact thequality of own work and contribute to team success and strong presentationskills. What Youu2019ll Do: Provide all client and internal CBREreporting. This will include but not belimited to: Client reporting + Monthly performance report u2013Including support to the key contributors (FMs, QHSE, Finance, Procurement,etc.) + Quarterly Business Reviewreport and presentation. + Annual business review CBRE reporting + Monthly report + Annual plan Dashboards + Finance dashboards + Operational performancedashboards Ad hoc reporting, but not limited to: + Resource utilization + Cost savings + Vendor scorecards + QHSE reporting including RootCause Analysis + Innovations + Awards Data Analytics Assist in establishing and managingperformance metrics under the guidance of team members. Create, develop, and improve reporting anddata analytics. Collect, analyze, and document data tosupport operational decisions and improve efficiency Prepare and present insight and findings tothe team for review and action. Performance Management Ensure compliance with account standards byreviewing data for planned, preventative, and corrective activities. Recommend corrective measures tomaintain client satisfaction. Apply general knowledge of standardprinciples to solve routine problems Influence business choices byaccurately evaluating and reporting researchresults. Work within standardized procedures toachieve objectives and meet deadlines. Behaviors Exchange straight forward information, askquestions, and check for understanding. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. + Bacheloru2019s degree in business management, risk management, accounting, or another related field. + Minimum 10 years of related work in a regulatory compliance and/or risk management function, multinational matrix organizations, regulatory agency, or consulting firm. + Experience with compliance program assessment, compliance program design and implementation assistance, development or evaluation of compliance policies and procedures, compliance program testing, and development and evaluation of compliance program testing. + Track-record of success in managing multiple stakeholders and successfully delivering compliance initiatives in a complex global business. + The ability to work well under pressure, and to thrive in an environment with high levels of change, innovation and uncertainty. + Effective communication skills (written and verbal) and experience in connecting to a diverse audience at multiple levels of seniority through various formats, i.e. policies, procedures, leading meetings, face to face dialogue etc. Experienced and impactful presenters (both in-person and virtual) to deliver compliance messaging and training. + Strong analytical and organizational skills, sound problem identification/solving skills. + Professional Certification in Compliance, Internal Audit, Anti-corruption / Anti-fraud or related field preferred. The minimum salary for this position is $24.04/hr and the maximum salary for this position is $26.60/hr.
