Power BI Analyst III

JOB REQUIREMENTS: This position reports to the Manager, CommercialBusiness Insights within the Commercial Excellence team at RegalRexnord. The Commercial Excellence team is responsible for deliveringbest-in-class capabilities across Commercial Analytics, Sales Strategyand Deployment, SIOP, Pricing Operations and CRM Management to achieveour Commercial Team Growth Objectives alongside our Sales Team. As aBusiness Intelligence Analyst III, you will provide expertise to supportand improve reporting, analysis, business insights and actions for ourcommercial team. You will be working with business leadership todetermine needs, provide data insights and enhance our businessintelligence systems across departments. Your passion for datagovernance, creative problem-solving and technical skills will becrucial as you drive continuous improvement, interpret data and providedata driven recommendations and insights to accelerate business strategyperformance. This position will be located at our Milwaukee, WI HQ.Responsibilities Collaborate with business and IT teams to design, buildand deploy BI solutions to commercial needs. Analyze large amounts ofinformation to discover and report on trends and patterns. Createvisualizations and reports for requested projects. Conduct testing andtroubleshooting of BI solutions. Build continuous improvements andautomation to improve existing processes.
