This is ahigh-impact, on-site role-five days a week-working closely with andreporting directly to our VP of Human Resources. As we continue to scaleour global footprint, this leader will shape how we attract, engage, andhire the talent that drives our mission forward. The Global TalentAcquisition Manager leads our high impact recruiting function thatdelivers exceptional talent outcomes and an outstanding candidate andhiring manager experience. This role builds a scalable, data-driven,technology-enabled recruiting engine that anticipates workforce needs,strengthens hiring capabilities across the organization, andcontinuously improves speed, quality, and effective hiring practices.The role blends strategy and execution-owning end-to-end recruitingperformance, modern sourcing and assessment practices, and a compellingemployer brand. This is a hands-on player/coach role: setting strategyand standards, removing barriers, coaching recruiters and hiringmanagers, and owning recruiting performance end-to-end. KeyResponsibilities Talent Acquisition Strategy & Workforce Enablement Champion best-in-class, forward-thinking talent acquisition strategiesthat keep our recruiting function ahead of the market-leveragingskills-based hiring, talent segmentation, proactive talent communities,structured and modern assessments, responsible AI/automation, andcontinuous improvement to measurably improve speed, quality of hire,equity, and candidate experience. Partner with HRBPs and businessleaders to translate business strategy and talent planning outcomes intotransformative talent acquisition strategies. Build and maintainmarket intelligence (compensation trends, location strategies, sourcingchannels, competitor insights) that ensures Badger Meter is successfulin acquiring top talent. Workforce Planning Lead the quarterlyworkforce planning process that includes forecast vs. actual hiring,talent spend, pipeline health, risk areas, and recommended mitigationactions.
