As a Strategic Major Account Manager Group II at Spectrum,you will drive growth by managing key accounts and delivering tailoredvoice, data and video infrastructure proposals. Your expertise inbuilding relationships and delivering strategic solutions will advanceSpectrum's presence in the national enterprise segment and help clientsachieve their technology goals. How You Will Make an Impact Develop andimplement sales plans for assigned portfolios with strategies thatmaximize revenue from new and existing named accounts Manage and upsellto assigned accounts by designing customized solutions for complexenterprise communication needs Achieve monthly revenue quotas througheffective account management and consultative selling Conductface-to-face interviews to analyze client needs and present professionalproposals aligned with business objectives Generate new leads throughindustry networking, trade shows, prospecting and targeted account listsQualify leads, request site surveys to determine serviceability andsubmit ROI analysis to sales management Maintain accurate records ofsales activity and customer information in Spectrum's databasesCollaborate with business services support groups including salesengineering, sales support and marketing to deliver comprehensivesolutions Attend required sales meetings and training sessions tostrengthen sales skills Working Conditions Office environment Travelrequired up to 50% What You Will Bring to Spectrum RequiredQualifications Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination ofeducation and experience Experience 8+ years telecom experience SkillsRead, write, speak and understand English Record of success as a topsales performer consistently exceeding revenue quotas Provenbusiness-to-business sales experience engaging
