We deploy and support products such as Emergency CallHandling, 911 Equipment, Computer Aided Dispatch, Records ManagementSystems, Jail Management Systems and Mobile Data Computing, among otherofferings.Job Description The Software Application Specialist Managerwill lead team of Application Specialist and lead deployment processesof Motorola's public safety and command center software suite withincomplex software ecosystems for public safety agencies. This rolerequires a strong blend of technical expertise, project management andpeople management skills to ensure seamless integration and optimalperformance of the software applications. Key Responsibilities:Information Gathering and Discovery: Lead the efforts to conductoperational assessments, business process reviews, and other discoveryevents to gain a comprehensive understanding of the customer's currentbusiness processes within Public Safety agencies. This includesinterviewing subject matter experts and creating detailed documentationof findings. Analytical Evaluation and Recommendations: Evaluateexisting business processes to identify opportunities for improvement.Provide tailored recommendations regarding the configuration andapplication of Motorola's mission-critical software solutions toaddress identified needs and optimize operational efficiency. BusinessProcess Reengineering: Facilitate business process reengineeringinitiatives by analyzing workflows and recommending innovative changes.Lead workshops and discussions to collaboratively develop new processesthat align with organizational objectives. Training Development andOrientation: Design, develop, and deliver training curriculum, learningaids, and other instructional materials to ensure end-userengagement...
