Investor Relations Analyst III

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Scope of Role Reporting to the VP of Investorrelations, the Investor Relations Specialist III will serve as a keyresource for the Investor Relations (IR) team, acting as the first pointof contact for investors and supporting relationship-building efforts.This role will involve inbound inquiries, conducting introductory callsto provide basic company information, and ensuring timely, accurateresponses to investor questions regarding products, business segments,and financial performance. The successful candidate will become anexpert on the organization, cultivate relationships with investors, andrepresent the company's perspective in all interactions. KeyResponsibilities Assist in the preparation of quarterly earningsreports, including gathering a wide variety of information related tocompany performance and operations, and assist in the preparation ofearnings materials, including press releases, earnings call slides,earnings call Q&A files, and earnings call scripts. Assist in preparingfor investor marketing trips and events, including coordinatingschedules with third parties, collecting and presenting backgroundinformation on investors we will be meeting, preparing marketingmaterials used at conferences, which can include slide presentations,scripts, and Q&A files. Track analyst estimates for company performanceacross all relevant P&L metrics. Assist in the preparation of quarterlyIR submissions to the BOD, including detailed data on investor buy/sellactivity, stock valuation, and past and planned marketing activities.Maintain a detailed operational performance model for companyoperations, which is updated at least quarterly. Assist in responding toinvestor inquiries, which can span operation and financial performanceas well as information on the company's product and technologies. Thistends to involve working with the relevant business(es) to gather andvet the required information. Assist in preparing presentation materialsand coordinating logistics for ad hoc events, which can be substantialundertakings - such as investor days and investor site visits. Form anenterprise-wide network, spanning accounting, finance, and FP&A as wellas relevant product teams to efficiently gather information about thecompany. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree inAccounting, Finance, BA or related field. 5-7 years' experience inFinance or Accounting related roles.
