Field Service Technician - NC/SC

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to support and maintain advanced apparel dispensing systems for customers across Northern Ohio, Michigan, and Erie, PA. This role is ideal for technicians who have strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience, enjoy traveling to customer locations, and take pride in delivering high-quality technical service. What Youu2019ll Do As a Field Service Technician, you will serve as the technical expert responsible for keeping customer equipment running reliably. Primary Responsibilities: + Diagnose and repair apparel dispensing machines at customer sites + Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, software updates, and network verification + Provide remote technical support when appropriate + Travel within a 5-hour radius of your home base to service customer equipment + Coordinate service visits with the Field Service Coordinator and customer locations + Install new machines, including: + Equipment unloading + Machine reassembly + Network setup and verification + Final system testing + Provide hands-on operational training to customer staff + Document all work performed using Salesforce, MaintainX, and Outlook + Submit service reports and travel expenses promptly + Be available for rare after-hours emergency service calls Travel Expectations: + Travel 3u20134 weeks per month within the territory + About 50% of service trips do not require overnight travel + Some installations may require multi-day trips (infrequent) What Makes You a Strong Candidate We are looking for technicians who bring real-world experience and strong diagnostic ability.
