Litigation Docketing Administrator

Overview: Weare seeking a Litigation Docketing Administrator to join our Litigationteam. This position can also be remote. Key Responsibilities Include:Monitor federal and state court dockets. Research and calculaterules-based litigation deadlines in multiple jurisdictions in order todocket and enter information into the firm's docketing system.Respond to individual requests regarding specific calendar reports andcalculation questions. Special projects and duties as assigned. OurIdeal Candidates Will Have: 5+ years of recent litigation experience,preference given to candidates with litigation docketing experienceusing a rules-based docketing software. Experience with Minnesotacourts a plus. Experience with database management, data entrycontrol, and reporting. Recent experience docketing and/or supportinglitigation in multiple states, both Federal districts and Statejurisdictions. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-pacedenvironment, with superb attention to detail. Ability to communicateeffectively, both orally and in writing, with all levels of firmpersonnel. Ability to problem solve and use sound judgment.Self-starer who values collaboration with their team. In Minneapolis, the estimated starting annual payrange is $65,000-$75,000.
