And if that's you we would love to have you join usJob DescriptionIT Project Manager - APSPosition SummaryWe are looking for an accomplished and experienced IT Project Manager to lead complex, high-visibility programs across our IT portfolio. Reporting to the Senior Manager of IT Global Program Services, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end project delivery. Your responsibilities will also include coordinating cross-functional teams, managing risks, and ensuring solutions meet business objectives, technical standards, and timeline commitments. This is all part of delivering our Advanced Planning System program vision to create a robust demand planning engine to support sales and operations planning globally. You will be the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating strategic goals into actionable plans while ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.Main ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & ExecutionProvide technical and program management expertise in planning, execution, and leadership of projectsDevelop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.Monitor progress, adjust plans as needed, and ensure delivery of high-quality outcomes.Help uncover and coordinate strategic dependencies across teams, both by facilitating Big Room Planning, and through coordination across execution to remove major impediments to accelerate inter-team velocityStakeholder ManagementAct as the primary point of contact for project sponsors, business leaders, and technical teams.Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.Provide clear and consistent project updates, including executive-level reporting.Technical LeadershipPartner with architects, engineers, and product managers to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with standards.Understand and communicate technical dependencies, risks, and trade-offs.Guide teams through technical decision-making while balancing business priorities.Risk & Issue ManagementIdentify, assess, and proactively manage risks and issues that may impact project success.Develop contingency plans and escalate critical blockers as needed.Process & QualityChampion project management best practices, tools, and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).Ensure projects adhere to compliance, security, and quality standards.Identify process improvement opportunities across teams for large-scale delivery and orchestrationThe Essentials- you will have:Bachelor's Degree in Relevant FieldLegal authorization to work in the US is required.
