Sr. Compliance Analyst

Description We are looking for a skilled Sr. Compliance Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This role is remote for a Financial Technology Firm in San Francisco, California, and involves reviewing marketing material and ensuring adherence to federal regulations while collaborating closely with the marketing team. The ideal candidate will have substantial expertise in compliance and financial product marketing within the banking and financial sectors. Responsibilities: u2022 Conduct thorough compliance reviews to ensure adherence to federal regulations and industry standards. u2022 Collaborate with the marketing team to identify and address potential compliance issues in financial product marketing. u2022 Develop and implement compliance strategies to minimize risks and maintain regulatory alignment. u2022 Monitor and evaluate marketing efforts to ensure they meet regulatory guidelines and standards. u2022 Provide expertise on compliance requirements around UDAAP and TILA. u2022 Prepare comprehensive reports on compliance assessments and findings for stakeholders. u2022 Stay updated on changes to federal regulations and ensure integration into organizational practices. u2022 Offer guidance and support to internal teams regarding financial products and services marketing compliance policies and procedures. Requirements u2022 At least 3 years of experience in compliance within the banking or financial sector. u2022 Strong knowledge of Financial Marketing regulations u2022 Proficiency in conducting compliance assessments and creating actionable strategies. u2022 Familiarity with federal regulations and their application in financial institutions. u2022 Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. u2022 Ability to stay informed about evolving regulatory requirements and implement necessary changes.
