Supporting our Colorado and Wyoming communities begins with passionate, mission-driven individuals.The Volunteer Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting the positive tone, environment, and success of the in-house volunteer experience.u00a0They will oversee and support various projects including but not limited to Sorting, Repack, CSFP, Loose Repack and Produce Bag programs.u00a0This position assists in organizing the safety and flow of the work area for both set-up and breakdown and hands-on support to the volunteers throughout each shift.u00a0The position requires good communication skills in both public-facing circumstances and with internal Food Bank of the Rockies (FBR) staff.u00a0This individual works directly with the Volunteer Operations Supervisor for inventory accuracy, data entry and creating a memorable and fulfilling volunteer experience.u00a0The Food Bank's team is dedicated to creating an efficient food distribution network to reduce and help end hunger across the state.
