Drafter

Prepare and/or modify detailed technical drawings of windows, doors, and fenestration systems, including product elevations, floor plans, building elevations, cross-sections, and installation details. Develop diagrams, layout drawings, and fabrication-ready documentation for residential and commercial projects. Interpret architectural plans and specifications to generate accurate shop drawings for production and installation. Coordinate closely with architects, project managers, engineers, sales teams, and manufacturing partners to ensure drawings meet project requirements, structural and thermal criteria, and system compatibility. Organize, manage, and maintain project documentation and drawing archives using Dropbox and Google Drive. Ensure drawing sets comply with industry standards, building codes, and internal engineering guidelines. Assist in revising, updating, and standardizing system details, installation methods, and technical libraries. Provide drafting support during pre-construction, submittals, change orders, and quality-control processes. Requires: 2 years experience as a Drafter for windows, doors and fenestration systems including use of AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop and Illustrator.
