This job was posted by : For moreinformation, please see: am currently seeking caregivers in the Tucson and Phoenix area.We are contracted with the Department of Developmental Disabilities toprovide in home support services for individuals with developmentaldisabilities.Respite CareWe provide temporary relief for caregivers throughcompassionate support.Attendant CareWe assist with personal tasks to ensure comfort anddaily well-being.HabilitationWe promote independence and skill development tailoredto individual needs.ResponsibilitiesAssist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), includingbathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility supportAdminister medications following prescribed care plans and HIPAAguidelinesPrepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as neededOperate patient lifting equipment such as Hoyer lifts safely andeffectivelyMaintain detailed documentation of patient care activities andobservationsFollow safety protocols including CPR and first aid proceduresSupport residents with memory care needs, including dementia orAlzheimer's careAssist with light housekeeping tasks to ensure a clean and safeenvironmentCollaborate with healthcare teams to implement individualized care plansProvide emotional support and companionship to promote well-being
