How You'll Make an Impact u2022 Guide customers through questions, concerns, or challenges they encounter while using the product or service u2022 Listen actively to understand the root of the issue and provide clear, effective solutions u2022 Record detailed call information for auditing, reporting, and follow-up purposes u2022 Maintain and update customer records to ensure accurate and current information u2022 Identify opportunities to introduce customers to new or enhanced services that meet their needs u2022 Provide recommendations and guidance in a way that adds value and enhances the overall customer experience u2022 Ongoing usage of phone and computer systems What'll Set You Up for Success Required: u2022 Financial experience is preferred u2022 High school diploma or GED u2022 Must live within 25 miles from 1650 S. Research Loop Tucson, AZ u2022 Strong computer navigational skills u2022 Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) u2022 Excellent oral and written communication skills u2022 Exceptional listening/comprehension skills u2022 Professional and Courteous u2022 6 months of customer service or sales experience preferred For Internal Candidates: u2022 Must not be on any corrective action or performance plans u2022 Must have held your current position for 6+ months u2022 Must have relevant industry/program experience Location Note : We're currently hiring for this position in Tucson, Arizona.
